Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern participation in the Julión Ticket Giveaway ('Giveaway') organized by Escapade Clubs ('Organizer'). By entering the Giveaway, each participant ('Entrant') agrees to abide by these Terms.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of the United States.
- Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete a giveaway ticket or sign up using the touchscreen kiosk at 2001 Dallas during the giveaway dates.

- Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries will result in disqualification.
Prizes
The winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Julión Álvarez concert.
- The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternatives will be provided, except at the Organizer’s discretion.
- This prize is part of an independent Escapade Clubs giveaway and is not affiliated with the Julión Álvarez concert.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries during a manual draw held on Sunday, April 13, 2025.
- The winner must be present to win on April 13, 2025.
- The winner will be announced at the club on the night of the draw and may also be notified through additional channels.
Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who violates these Terms, tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent or unfair behavior.
- Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified.
Data Protection
Personal information provided by Entrants will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.
- By entering the Giveaway, Entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for this purpose.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional efforts (e.g., social media, press announcements) as requested by the Organizer.
- The Organizer may use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by any Entrant as a result of participating in the Giveaway or accepting the prize.
- No warranties are made regarding the quality, fitness, or condition of the prize.
Modification or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to continue as planned.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to the Giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Texas courts.
